I am the worse person who should review this kind of show, I hate school life, I hate slow development and uneventful anime and this is all what Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu is about. I know those anime are popular with some kind of audience, but I never quite could understand why anyone would voluntarily spend time to watch something so uneventful. Maybe it is for insecure teenage girls, it probably is, but as a (kind-of) grown man, I see no entertainment in this and it feels much more like a punishment than anything else.

If I were to try to describe what Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu is bout, I’d say it is the romantic trials of a shy little girl trying to win over a boy from her club. The girl is useless, she has no awareness of her surrounding, she does not understand anything in the world and she is as bright as a dead fish. I don’t understand why any of these character are interesting in the least, the guy is not only normal human being in the group and I have no idea why he stays with them in the first place, I suppose he is crazy too.

It took me pauses and effort to finish this episode. In the end, I don’t even know if the anime itself is absolutely terrible or if I just absolutely can’t deal with teenage girl anime bullshit. It might even be a mix of both, in the end it doesn’t change the fact that I don’t want to get anywhere close to this anime ever more. I don’t recommend it to anyone either, unless I would somehow know a really annoying teenage girl with no self-confidence. This anime is a huge no-no for me, forget it exists, it is just a huge pain to watch, slow, painful and without any valuable content.
