Well I guess we are back into the action and that means we are back into the cliffhangers too. We are only the second episode into this expedition that things are going extremely wrong and everyone is losing both moral and coordination. The whole point of their radar system is now worthless and the center of the expedition is in danger by the same titan that ravaged through all the line up to Eren. At this point it seems like there is absolutely nothing that can stop it, it cleared through an army of veteran and other people who knew what they were doing and yet it still managed to defeat every single human that she encountered in her path. I think that Levi realize how strong an opponent she is and I’m pretty sure he doesn’t plan on fighting her if he can avoid it. That guy didn’t survive on strength and luck alone, he must have a brain to back it out and allow them to survive situations like this one. If half your army is destroyed by a single opponent it is safe to assume that you don’t want to fight it unless you are in a good advantage.
From the look of things I’m pretty sure that next episode Levi will simply give a signal to tell the presence of an aberration and he will just keep on running to try and avoid it. Once they make it to a clearing they can then ask for Eren to transform into a Titan and give them a fighting chance against it. It might be a huge risk to have Eren transform, but it is about the only thing they can hope on right now. With Eren, Levi and all the elite recon force there, maybe they can manage to subdue this powerful opponent and defeat it somehow.
In the end what interest me most right now isn’t even if Eren will survive or what kind of fighting will happen between that female Titan and the recon corp, what I’m most curious about instead is Commander Erwin’s plan in all this. The guy looks capable and intelligent and I feel like there is simply no way that he would simply make some wrong calculations like that. Everything he is doing is most definitively all according to a precise plan to somehow make something happen, what that something is however, I have no idea.
I feel like Commander Erwin might have something in mind as the reason why that Titan would attack and he could definitively plan to either kill it…or gain some really important information from it. I have a suspicion that when that Titan gets close to death she will vanish into thin air and a little woman will pop up at the bottom, a woman with a lot of things to teach us about Titan, what they are, and what all this crap is about. I also have reason to believe that a second season of Shingeki no Kyojin is inevitable at this point, there is simply too much stuff going on at once already and I just never want this story to end !
